The 20K, 50K and 100K tiers include free white glove onboarding on the App Store listing. Justuno's own pricing page lists White Glove Onboarding on Lite generally, so check what applies at the 10K tier when you sign up.
Lite limits (from Justuno's pricing page comparison): 5 live workflows, 2 custom segments, 5 custom properties, 1 AI custom product recommendation and 3 team seats. Visitor profiles are unlimited.
Done-For-You ($299/month on Justuno's website, up to 20,000 visitors). Includes everything in Lite plus ongoing services, unlimited workflows, segments and seats, a dedicated account manager and a personal Slack channel. It has a 30-day free trial and no contract.
Enterprise is custom; book a demo for pricing. Justuno also says agencies can get discounts.
Spotlight is an add-on on both website plans, but its price is not published.
Overages. Justuno can charge an extra fee once you pass your plan's visitor limit if traffic overages are enabled. The overage price is not on the pricing page.
Cost at two store sizes
- Small store, about 8,000 monthly visitors: 10K Lite at $59/month, or $637.20/year on annual billing ($53.10/month).
- Growing store, about 35,000 monthly visitors: 50K Lite at $199/month, or $2,149.20/year ($179.10/month). If you would rather have Justuno run the program, Done-For-You is $299/month but only covers up to 20,000 visitors, so at 35,000 you would need to ask about pricing.
Note that Justuno counts unique visitors, while some competitors count pageviews. A visitor can view several pages, so compare carefully.
Strengths
Wide range of formats and targeting. Quizzes, spin-to-win, exit offers, countdowns, embedded promos and banners, with geolocation, segmentation and rules, cover most list-growth and promo needs from one app.
Testing is included. A/B testing of offers, design and messaging appears on the App Store listing, and the pricing page lists multivariate testing.
Optional expert help. Few popup apps offer a done-for-you service. If you have the budget but not the time, Done-For-You puts a dedicated account manager on your program.
Plays well with your email/SMS tool. Native integrations with the major ESPs and SMS apps mean signups flow straight into your welcome series.
Limits and watch-outs
No free plan. You get a 14-day trial, then $59/month at minimum.
Lite's caps are tight. Five live workflows and two custom segments are enough for a welcome offer, an exit offer and a few promos, but not a large program. Unlimited workflows and segments come with Done-For-You or Enterprise.
Unpublished add-on and overage prices. Spotlight and visitor overages are priced outside the pricing page, so your bill can be higher than the plan price.
Traffic-based pricing climbs fast. Moving from 10,000 to 20,000 visitors adds $40/month; from 50,000 to 100,000 adds $100/month.
