Pricing: published caps vs "from" prices
Okendo lists four plans on its Shopify App Store listing, each with a fixed monthly order cap:
- Free: $0, up to 50 orders/month
- Essential: $19/month or $204/year, up to 200 orders/month
- Growth: $119/month or $1,308/year, up to 1,500 orders/month
- Power: $299/month or $3,288/year, up to 3,500 orders/month
All paid plans have a 14-day free trial. You know exactly what you'll pay at each volume.
Yotpo prices Reviews by monthly order volume, and its own pages show different numbers:
- The Shopify listing shows Starter at $15/month ($144/year) and Pro at $119/month ($1,068/year), each marked "Pricing changes based on order volume."
- The pricing page's plan cards show Starter at $89/month and Pro at $169/month for up to 500 orders a month.
- The pricing FAQ says Starter "starts at $15/month and scales with your monthly order volume, up to $129/month at 1,000 orders."
So Yotpo's "from" prices apply to the lowest volumes, and the price rises from there. Premium and Enterprise are custom quotes. The listing also notes that some charges may be billed by Yotpo separately from your Shopify invoice.

| 1,000 | $119 (Growth) | $129 Starter (pricing FAQ); Pro not published |
At 500 orders the two are close if you compare Okendo Growth to Yotpo Starter, but Okendo Growth includes AI summaries and a Q&A widget, which Yotpo puts on Pro. At 1,000 orders, Okendo Growth is still $119 and covers you up to 1,500.
Reviews features compared
Okendo (from its listing):
- Free: automated review request emails, a smart review form, a review rewards engine, review displays, Google SEO snippets, review grouping and moderation.
- Essential: everything in Free; the main gain is the higher order cap.
- Growth: AI review summaries, AI review keywords, TikTok Shop integration and a Q&A widget.
- Power: review campaigns, an advanced CSS editor, email and SMS integrations, advanced reporting and managed onboarding.
Yotpo (from its listing and Reviews pricing page):
- Free: automatic review requests and reminders, an email template library, sentiment and profanity checks, on-site display, a reviews import tool, and 200 kick-start credits in the first month.
- Starter: photo and video collection, Google rich snippets, Google Shopping ads sharing, a reviews carousel, review coupons, product grouping and Yotpo branding removal.
- Pro: Google Seller Rating, custom questions, AI review summaries, smart sorting, community Q&A, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok syndication, Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations, and 24/7 technical support.
- Premium: an advanced CSS editor, custom widgets, multi-store management, API and webhook access, and customer success managers.
Watch out on Yotpo: its pages don't agree on everything. The Reviews pricing FAQ lists Google Shopping under Pro while the feature table and Shopify listing put it on Starter, and Yotpo's main pricing page shows AI summary under Premium while the Reviews page puts it on Pro. Confirm which plan includes what before you buy.
Google Seller Ratings
Seller Ratings are the store-level stars that can show in Google Ads.
- Yotpo's help center lists Seller Ratings on the Pro, Premium and Enterprise plans. It requires at least 100 verified site reviews created within the past 24 months, and reviews only show to searchers in the same country as the reviewer.
- Okendo's help center says Seller Ratings are "available on the Enterprise plan and above." It requires at least 100 eligible site reviews collected in the last 24 months and an average of at least 3.5 stars. Enterprise is not one of the plans published on the Shopify listing.
Edge: Yotpo, if Seller Ratings in your ads are a priority and you can work with Pro pricing.
Loyalty
This is Okendo's clearest advantage. Its listing is titled "Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty," and Okendo's official pages describe loyalty programs with points, perks, store credit and rewards, plus quizzes and surveys, from the same vendor.
Yotpo sells loyalty as a separate product. Its pricing FAQ says Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals "has a free plan with paid tiers starting at $199/month," and it offers a reviews and loyalty bundle priced on a separate page.
Edge: Okendo, if you want one app and one dashboard for reviews and loyalty.
Integrations
Okendo's listing names Shopify POS, Shopify Flow, Google, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Meta, Postscript and TikTok. Yotpo's listing names Shopify Flow, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Klaviyo and PageFly, with Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations on Pro per its pricing page.
Who should skip each
Skip Okendo if Google Seller Ratings are a must and you don't want an Enterprise contract, or if you only need basic reviews and want a free plan without a 50-order cap.
Skip Yotpo if you want a price you can confirm before talking to anyone. Its listing, plan cards and FAQ give different figures, and Premium and Enterprise are custom quotes. Also skip it if you want reviews and loyalty billed as one app, since Yotpo Loyalty is a separate product.
